Rates

$250 per 50-55 minutes Individual/Couple's Session

$300 per 55 minutes Initial Assessment Session

$350 per 60 minutes for Consultation/Report Writing

Insurance

Dr. Leibsohn only accepts private pay and is no longer contracted with any insurance companies.  Services may be covered in-full or in-part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits - please check your plan to see if you are covered.  Dr. Leibsohn will provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement to you for out-of-network benefits.

Reduced Fee

Dr. Leibsohn is committed to providing services to individuals that are not able to afford mental health counseling by establishing a certain percentage of his practice for pro-bono and sliding scale patients. Those spots are available when patients complete therapy and are therefore open to other less fortunate individuals.

Payment

Dr. Leibsohn asks that you securely input your payment information when completing the intake information on his Practice Management Portal.  All payment information is only accessible by you and is completely secure.   Your card will be processed after each session and a receipt or superbill will be emailed to you for submitting to your insurance company. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee.  Agreed upon emergencies are not subject to this penalty.
